Scott Springer brings significant development, program management, and technical expertise creating and implementing public private partnerships to redevelop compromised properties across the country. Scott has expertise in all aspects of business management and operations, land entitlement, private and public financing, structuring real estate transactions, infrastructure design and construction, and contracting for development services.
As a co-founder of P3 Advisors, Scott directed our initial capitalization and structured our financial, operating and management systems. He has structured and implemented multiple Joint Venture development businesses and is instrumental in bringing P3’s business practice and vision to life.
Prior to his success with public-private partnerships, Scott held leadership positions at Weston Solutions, Inc. There he conceived, structured and managed large industry sector sales and technical teams to tap new markets and to increase market share in established markets. He also secured and managed large private sector and government contracts that covered a wide range of technical and construction-related assignments. During his tenure, he was instrumental in growing Weston’s Midwest operations from $10 million-per-year to $120 million-per-year.
Credentials include participation in many trade and public sector organizations such as the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the Transportation Research Board, and Business Leaders for Transportation Coalition. Key facilitator and author of “The Brownfields Book” published by Jenner & Block and Weston Solutions, Inc. This publication was one of the first comprehensive compendiums of the process and challenges of redeveloping contaminated real estate.
